Do you charge for estimates?
No. We do not charge for estimates.
Is your work insured and guaranteed?
Yes. Our work is covered by £1 million of public liability and any faulty work will be rectified at no extra cost.
When do you collect payment for a job?
We usually collect a deposit before starting a job and the remaining balance on completion of the job.
What hours do you work?
A normal working week is Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm unless otherwise agreed before commencement of a job.
Do you charge an hourly rate?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque and online bank transfers. We do not accept credit cards.
